Does call of brine and overcharge stack

This is like how when both set the speed to 200%, people erroneously thought that meant stacking the two would lead to 400% regression, when in reality it is supposed to be calculated as two +100% bonuses giving 300% regression. Just add the bonuses from the two perks + default speed to get the actual value. COB is 125%, Overcharge is 130% at max.

Call of Brine is a better perk than I previously thought. When I first read the description, I thought it had a cooldown of 60 seconds that, during that time, applied regression and the notifications to a single gen. After a bit of testing I found out every gen you kick has its own individual 60 second timer with no cooldown on the perk use.
