I have had several issues with lost internet and video. Called the number on the TV screen and was told by the automated service system that my ONT must be restarted. I tellit to do so, and it does. The restart lets the tv work for a few minutes, then it fails again. This started last week and I suspect the problem is actually outside my ONT.The suggested fix was hitting the small reset button on the ONT power supply, and another suggesting the tiny reset pin on the ONT itself with a paperclip. None of this worked and thus a technician had to be called out again. The fix turned out to be a new ONT as the one installed about 2 years ago in 2022 was known to have issues.
