I booked a hotel room with them, but when I got to the hotel they hadn't received payment. I paid the hotel directly for the room, and the hotel kept trying to receive payment from Go Splitty, but they were unable to. I then tried to get my money back from Go Splitty but I've been unable to contact them by phone and they didn't respond to my email.Beware - this is a scam. Booked a hotel room with this site, received confirmation, and arrived at my destination to find they had no record of the booking. Called the customer service numbers multiple times, which went unanswered.

A lot of these third party booking sites have cancelation or change fees they are entitled to regardless of the hotel policy.
