Lower south cave ark
sup everyone, been scouting out a couple of caves, and i am having a hard time finding an "easy" cave to get a dung beetle from. I don't have a wolf or saber yet, so the best thing i have is a high level scorp, and a high level frog.... For multiple days on my friend's dedicated server the cave will not spawn any land creatures, aka dung beetle, scorpions, spiders, centipedes. If you fully explore and cross the water, you'll encounter Sarco's and Piranha's. You also have a chance to run into Megalania's and possibly Megalosaur. Hi, I'm in single player, and looking to tackle all the caves in order of difficulty, from easiest to hardest. I've currently done what are called the two easiest caves, the lower south cave and the central cave. (While waiting almost an hour in both cases for the cave dinos to spawn >.>) Anyways, TT. I was able to grab a few artifacts back in the day when the spawns were broken, and i've snuck into the lower south cave to tame a dung beetle on a few occasions, but every time i've tried to legitamately take one on i've quickly got creamed.
