No it works for typical heat / ac just fine. If you are using Rh, you will connect to C, R and W at the furnace. And the Rh and W wires from the thermostat connect to the other side of the adapter. My nest thermostat tells me there is no power to the RH. I have done all the suggested troubleshooting, yet my furnace does not go on. Battery 38 Voc 38.65 Vin 8.4.
