It is one of the largest quarrier and raw-material supplier of Indiana limestone in the global stone industry. The company's quarry and plant operations are located on more than 2,400 acres of prime quarry land in Bloomington, Ind. The McMillan and Son Company built the largest mill in the northern end of the oolitic stone belt in 1904. This mill became the Indiana Limestone Company Clear Creek Mill after the merger in 1926.
