Jun 4, 2021. #5. Had 33s on 2” level. Got the 3.5 RL and rode with 33s for awhile, but just didn’t look right (to me), so upgraded to 35s and looks perfect. Had to do some trimming/cutting and wheel spacers. Have 3.21 gears and no issues - accelerates normal, albeit can tell weight of larger tires, but get used to that.The stock 20" tire size is a 33" tire. Your problem isn't that 33's won't fit, it's that 12.50's won't fit. At least not on a 2006-up truck with stock rims and without spacers. Now it also depends on how much of a lift you are planning, but by way of example, if you go with a 2” lift you could get away with a 35×12.50×20.
