Simply go offline, and modify yer system clock/date to be a FRI-SAT date. If yer not full up on enclaves, I can seem to spawn them pretty quickly. Traits are individual (unless stated), but hero bonuses affect everyone. One of my Red Talon characters just hit Hero & their bonus is 150% Plague Infection Resistance...for the full community!
