Then you need 240 for Heavy Mageweave Bandage. Then you need 260 for Runecloth bandage. Then you need 290 for Heavy Runecloth bandage. You can use any of these bandages at lvl 35. The first aid quest guy is in the building immeditately to your left, as soon as you enter Hammerfall.
