A networking guy used teamviewer to remote in and try and see what the issue was, and his conclusion was that I need to set my C3000t to a transparent bridge. CenturyLink is sending me a C3000t which will be here on Wednesday. If this doesn't work I'll make another post in the subreddit lol. Thank you for your help.
