May 5, 2014. #1. I haven't really put any thought into the possibility of attempting to go for USUHS. I was talking with my Brigade Surgeon today and he brought it up. He was unsure of the age limit for the Army, but suggested I look into it. I have over 11 years of active duty as an enlisted and will turn 32 years old in a couple months.Reaction score. Hi guys, I was looks at the stats for USUHS and they read liek this: Average GPS of 3.5. Acerave MCAT of 30. Now for the STA-21 package, the minimun MCAT is 24 ( 8,8,8). You would think that STA-21 med option + USUHS application = almost sure thing. ( But with a 24).
