Wyze base station flashing blue
Removed base station from app. Plugged into main network switch. Held reset pin for about 15 seconds until flashing blue light stops, momentarily goes solid blue, then to yellow. Unit reset, flashed blue for about 30 seconds and then went to solid blue. Setup as new base station on app. Set camera to “new” base station. Voila! Good Luck. p.s.A working V2, when reboot or power cycled, will get stuck flashing yellow/blue. Y/B flashing indicates a problem connecting to WIFI. A failing V2 can be temporarily 'fixed' by re-adding the cam in the app but it will only remain working if it is not rebooted or power cycled. I've got the exact same problem with a flashing blue light. I've tried all the suggestions and the blue light is still flashing. During Installation and Setup. Solid red light - The camera is powered and starting up. Flashing red light - Ready to connect to Wi-Fi. Flashing red and blue lights - Connection is in progress. Flashing blue light - The camera is connected and finishing setup. Solid blue light - Camera is powered, connected, and working properly.Note: The “Solid Blue” in this case is not the same as the one normally seen on the camera. I would recommend against mounting this one in the hard to reach location for now. If you have another that doesn't have the flashing light you should probably use that for now.
