Xfinity port forwarding without app
Jul 1, 2023 · Open the app. Go to unconnected devices. Find the problem device. Click the device. Click forget device. Go to home. Scroll and click restart router. Wait the 12 ish minutes it says it will take. When it comes back up the app will finally recognize the problem device as online. I was finally able to port forward and see my device as online. @XfinityJohnG Port forwarding no longer shows on the Gateway admin menu. My gateway ip is 192.168.111.1. Thats straight forward port forwarding, but thats not enough because dhcp is a service inside your router that says to your devices which IP they're gonna get, so example pc is 192.168.10.1, your phone is 192.168.10.2 and go on. But dhcp is dynamic, your pc can have that IP now but tomorrow can be a different one.I know that Fantasy Grounds users frequently report port-forwarding problems with Comcast/Xfinity, it may affect Foundry also.
