I took the sit bar off the wide top because I stand while climbing like you would with the hand climber top. The wide flip top is the bees knees and way easier to climb standing than with the hand climber top.When you need to kill bacteria and germs, it’s hard to beat a good scrubbing with soap and water, but when those items aren’t available, a strong, alcohol-based hand sanitizer is an acceptable alternative.
